It’s all in the details of the step by step process.

The Total Process

  • Woman smiling while talking on a smartphone and using a laptop in an office setting.

    Step 1: Discovery Call

Let’s get to know your brand, where you are in your business, your brand goals with social media, and ultimately go over in more detail about what we offer and how we can help you in your business growth.

  • Woman sitting in a modern office with a pen and a black folder, wearing a white blouse and black pants.

    Step 2: Proposal

After gathering the necessary information from the discovery call we will craft a proposal based on entailing all the services you are interested in and how they can be applied to your business and ultimately be beneficial.

  • Smartphone on documents with a 'Sign Here' sticky note attached.

    Step 3: Onboarding

Once you have reviewed the proposal with any revisions included and made a final decision we will send over all the necessary documents and instructions to get started. This also includes any login info, branding info, etc.

  • Person working on a laptop with hats on the desk and a notebook and pen close by.

    Step 4: Transformation In Progress

Here is where the fun starts! A specific timeline will be provided ahead of time. From there this is where the transformation begins and we will get to work.

  • Person using a laptop and smartphone in a casual workspace, Slack app open on laptop screen.

    Step 5: Check-In/Reporting

Upon finalizing the project we will check back in. Month-to-month projects entail monthly check-in. If the project entails revisions we will discuss the specifics during this check-in. Other projects might entail reporting and check-in to discuss results and progress.

"A large social-media presence is important because it's one of the last ways to conduct cost-effective marketing. Everything else involves buying eyeballs and ears. Social media enables a small business to earn eyeballs and ears."
